At Suitboot, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide a seamless shopping experience, but we understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange a product. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before initiating a request.
1. Returns & Replacements Policy
- We offer upto a 5-day window from the date of delivery for you to check the product and decide if you need a return or replacement.
- To process a return or exchange, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the product as it was received.
2. How to Raise a Request
To initiate a return or replacement, follow these simple steps:
- Raise a request at our Returns/Exchange Page here with:
- Order ID
- Unboxing video (mandatory)
- Reason for return/replacement
- Our team will review your request and get back to you within 1–2 business days via email.
3. Reverse Fee
- A transaction fee of Rs. 99 will be deducted per order at the time of refund. This fee applies to all returns, regardless of the reason. You have to self ship the return order after approval on mail.
4. Conditions for Returns/Exchanges
- The product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Any product that has been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without the required unboxing video will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
5. Refunds
- Once the returned product passes our quality check, your refund (minus the reverse shipment fee) will be Credited within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
